We are a small boutique commercial/residential construction and maintenance contractor. Our core focus is on smaller construction projects, general maintenance and upkeep services to help our clients to keep their properties looking and operating well to protect their asset.

Our Services
We offer a wide range of construction services from general repairs up to small/ mid sized projects. Our projects are all inclusive, meaning all design, planning, project management and construction are included in our costs. We also offer post-construction maintenance if desired.

Converted existing private offices and reception area into an open conference/ team meeting area.
Rebuilt office after significant water damage- included new wall, new cedar CVG ceiling and flooring.
Removed existing outdated oak railing and built new wall along with new updated banister.
Garage door wall was damaged by a car. Wall was rebuilt, new matching brick, new doors and new paint throughout.
This townhouse had a very deteriorating deck that needed to conform to the new HOA requirements. We reframed it, new paver patio, new Trex decking, new privacy screen and all new paint throughout.
Young first time homeowners needed a quality built all cedar fence to provide a safe and fun place for their dog and kids to play. (total fence was 205')
Original steps were not build to the driveway and it was a big step so we added the new step and scribed the skirt to the slope of the driveway and added new aluminum handrails to assist this aging homeowner.
Brand new cedar deck and concrete patio.
Rental house had significant rot in the existing deck boards. Removed and replaced with new Trex decking.
Converted existing basement storage area into a fully finished storage and mini workshop area.
Converted existing mechanical/ storage area to useable storage and exercise room.
Installed a custom built murphy/ secret door into the under stair area.
Converted the under deck area to a fully enclosed screened area complete with new cedar tongue and groove ceiling. Also replaced several existing wood post that were rotting and leveled out the structure.
Customer was tired of staining their main deck so we removed and replaced the treated decking with new Trex decking.
